Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Brenza is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@brenza.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@brenza.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed.
