Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on sale or purchased with a discount code (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate or sanitary goods for hygiene reasons
- Digital products or downloadable items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@brenza.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@brenza.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
